METOTOOL and METODRILL Routing entry and back-up boards

ASMETEC offers routing entry and backing boards made of various material compounds and thicknesses
suitable to the special requirements of the routing process.

As for routing entry boards we offer materials made of phenolic paper and compounds of
melamine/phenolic paper, aluminium/phenolic paper and aluminium/epoxy paper

As for routing backing boards we supply materials in thicknesses from 6,0 mm as master sheets or
panels cut to size made of phenolic paper, wood fibre board (coated and uncoated), melamine/wood based
and melamine/phenolic based boards

Routing backing boards:

METOTOOL MT-Series

Multi-layer compound from cleaned in the wet process manufactured wood fiber boards with melamine coating both sides and stabilizing core inlet. Available in the thicknesses 8.0, 10.0 and 12.0 mm

METODRILL PH-Series è to top

Routing backing boards made of fully cured phenolic paper laminate
available in thicknesses from 6,0 to 12,0 mm

Routing entry boards è to top

METOTOP FD-Serie

METODRILL FD is particularly suitable an electrically isolating drilling and routing entry board
for micro hole drillings and for blind hole drilling.
METODRILL FD is available as melamine-epoxy sandwich material, in thicknesses 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.8 mm

METOTOP MPM-Serie è to top

The MPM-Series is based on the PH-Series but coated both sides with e heat resistant melamine paper
with a fine roughness structure for excellent drill bit centering, esp. recommended for mirco hole drilling
