Unlike the mobile video-microscopes the lab-video-microscopes are mounted to heavy stationary stands to allow precise, distortion free imaging for magnifications up to 3000x.

For these stands we offer a wide range of accessories, such as:

- Various CCD- and C-MOS-camera systems, resolution up to 5 MPx
- Cross measuring- and cross moving tables for top- and bottom illumination
- Ball-tables for angle view up to 45°
- Rotation tables for precise adjustment

The stationary lab video microscopes are based on different systems which in most cases are adapted to customers requests to perfectly fit to the metrology and inspection jobs at customer's site. These take into consideration:

- Dimensions of the objects to be inspected and measured
- Desired magnification range and working widths
- Lighting conditions, reflections etc
- Required accessories e.g cross measuring table, ball table, holders etc.

The modular CVL-System:

Are you looking for an inexpensive inspection system that solves your acute testing and measuring problems and can also be flexibly expanded in the future?

With our CV modular inspection system we provide you with a system that combines all these features.
Thanks to its small, slim design, it is easy to find space to set up the camera and the objective, whether it is used at a stationary testing place or fitted into machines.

In combination with eight objectives the choice of 20 different barrel lengths provides a wide range of combination possibilities in terms of working distance, field of vision and magnification. USB- or CCD cameras in black/white or colour with different chip sizes produce needle-sharp images.
Two alternative plug-in illumination systems provide the correct lighting at the test point.

Whether you use coaxial illumination directly through the objective or the LED ring illumination, the CVL modular system provides the perfect light for every test situation. And the inexpensive system, consisting of barrel holder, slide adjusters, fine focusing and stand can also be used universally.

In combination with our METOCHECK or METOCHECK PCB measuring software, the system can be expanded into a measuring station. Optionally the software can be expanded by including the image database "Archive". In this way the CVL modular system enables inexpensive inspection, tailored to your requirements.

Video-Microscope with magnetic held optics for quick exchange on stable double rail stand, also available for z-axis measurement.
It can be equipped with a wide range of accessories and can be upgraded any time to fulfil future measuring tasks.
The image above left hand is a version with deepness measuring, coaxial illumination and cross measuring table.

The LED-illumination (coaxial or ring light) is powered from the camera port. So there is only 1 USB cable to connect the microscope with your computer. Light power is adjusted via our software METOCHECK PCB.

The transportable Lab-On-Board Video-Microscope (some examples)

VHX-Stand CVHX with 12x Zoom CVHX, 12fx Zoom, motorised Z-Axis

Based on the new designed VHX-Stand with integrated grip and silicone free coated rolls this solid aluminium stand the CVHX-Video microscopes are the perfect compromise between mobile and stationary microscope. It can be fitted with any of the optics and guides, up to full motorised systems for 3-axis measurement.

The VHX-stands are prepared to also hold cross moving, cross measuring-tables, ball tables, rotation tables etc.
They can be placed to flat and curved surfaces. The soft roller coating prevents even sensitive surfaces from scratches.

METOCHECK CVB-ST-200 è to top

This video microscope can be equipped with 6x or 12x step zoom lenses and offers along with adaptor tubes and attachment lenses magnifications from about 4x to 2000x. The field of view then is between about 92 and 0,18 mm at working widths from about 350 mm to 36 mm.

It features a big cross moving table with 200 mm x/y-way. As for camera systems you may select from USB-True-Colour Cameras 1,3 to 5 MPix.

The CVB-ST-200 is an ideal video microscope to measure and inspect big parts, moulds, gaskets, printed circuit boards etc. Equipped with an optional cross measuring table with digital measuring elements and METOCHECK PCB you can measure the outer dimensions of big printed circuit boards.

These low budget zoom-lens lab-microscopes offer excellent, brilliant and distortion free images at magnifications from about 30 to 2000x and precise measuring (with adaptor tubes and attachment lenses).
