METOCLEAN SCM-2000 - Shoe Cover Machine
METOCLEAN SCM 2000 was developed to be used in clean room areas, yellow light rooms, in pcv-, chip, CD/DVD, photovoltaic industry, but also in medical care areas, labs, healthcare, nutrition industry etc. Wherever dust and dirt on street shoes might have negative impact on product quality and hygiene and common one-way shoe covers are used METOCLEAN SCM-2000 is the ideal shoe cover dispenser with payback on the long run. Instead of using thin PE shoe covers, painstaking to dress METOCLEAN SCM-2000 automatically shrinks a 45 µm thick, durable and breathable special foil around any shape of shoe. Just set you foot into the unit window and within 7 seconds a clean foil is shrinkwrapped around your shoe - with warm but not hot air that could damage your shoes or hurt your skin. A built in LED-Scale indicates the operating progress and an acoustic signal additionally signs the end of procedure. A new foil is automatically given to the window. The tear-proof, robust and breathable foil is fixed to your show and does not loosen while walking. Payback by saving work time
If you compare the cost for common shoe covers with the SCM-2000 incl. extra foil rolls then a payback is given after about 7500 pairs of shoe covers. After that there are extra savings with each pair of show covers.
Often the working time to put on the shoe covers is out of sight:
Even speedy workers need min 1,5 minutes to put on a pair of common shoe covers. At 7500 pairs this summarizes to 187,5 hours of working time. SCM-2000 makes that job within 52 hours (25 sec. per pair), a saving of 135,5 hours. At an average gross pay of about 25 Euro/hour the savings summarise to 3387,50 Euro!
